It’s OK not to be OK

Maybe right now, you’re in trouble, you’re sad, you’re depressed, or you’re stressed. You feel like your life is falling apart, and you start to question yourself.

Maybe someone dumped you, lied to you, hurt you, broke your heart, left you, you feel alone or you feel like you’re not enough.. then you start to wonder if you still matter, but let me tell you this..

YOU MATTER. And it’s okay not to be okay.

Cause in time, all the pain will go away. You will stand up and find yourself again, eventually it will all stop. It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, it may take time…

…but it will be okay. I promise you.

You are strong and I believe in you. You can surpass that.

It may be a bad day, a bad situation or a bad story but it’s not a bad life.

There’s a reason behind that may lead you to something better.

Sometimes, pain is meant for growth.

But for now, admit that it’s okay not to be okay. Take heart and be strong.

And take note that one day, all the pain will be worth it.

You will get through it.
