There may be pain in the night but joy comes in the morning…

Let it hurt. Feel the pain. Let it break you until you feel numb. Let it all out until you just wanna lay in bed and cry all day. Let it sink in.

Embrace the pain and welcome the sadness wholeheartedly.

You don’t want to eat? Then don’t. You wanna scream to let all the pain out? Go scream. You wanna cry everytime you see a memory of you and him together? Do it. Cry until you get tired.

Can’t sleep because all you think about is him and him and him. Go ahead. Think about him all you want. Remind yourself of everything you’ve lost.

Let the pain make you doubt yourself. Let it all out. Even if makes you feel hopeless or it makes you feel that you are not enough, feel it. Let it be.

You go ahead and feel it. It’s not a sin. Cause if you don’t, you won’t be able to move forward and know your value as a person.

In order for us to realize some things, we need to be vulnerable sometimes.

By being vulnerable, you give yourself a chance to be strong and mostly, to stand up again.

So go ahead, let it all out. Cry when you needed to cry. You can break down if you want to.

Let it be. And then one day, you’ll get tired of crying, weeping and breaking. It will make you realize who you really are and where you want to be.

It will bring out the new you. It will remind you how beautiful you are even if you have scars.

Cause through pain.. you learn, you gain and you’ll survive.

Embrace it because it will make you strong.

Let it help you get closer to God and God will remind you that you are never alone. That through joy and through pain, God will never leave you. God is with you all the way.

Let the pain help you grow, and let the pain help you make a better version of yourself.

So darling, let it hurt until you feel no more. Because eventually, it will heal you.

With pain, you will be the best version of yourself. Trust me. It will heal. Just take it slow.
