You don’t want to eat? Then don’t. You wanna scream to let all the pain out? Go scream. You wanna cry everytime you see a memory of you and him together? Do it. Cry until you get tired.
Can’t sleep because all you think about is him and him and him. Go ahead. Think about him all you want. Remind yourself of everything you’ve lost.
Let the pain make you doubt yourself. Let it all out. Even if makes you feel hopeless or it makes you feel that you are not enough, feel it. Let it be.

In order for us to realize some things, we need to be vulnerable sometimes.
